There are a number of service levels you can choose from.
At the starter level, a preventative maintenance contract will ensure you are visited regularly by an IT specialist to check hardware efficiency and ensure all anti-virus software is up to date and running effectively. Your dedicated account manager will be with you each month for two hours. This type of contract also allows for remote support and on-site support services, charged at a set rate per 15 minutes.
With a remote support contract, you will get the same two-hour monthly visit plus additional on-site support charged in time blocks, but also unlimited remote support at no extra cost.
The all-inclusive package includes the maintenance visit, unlimited remote support and unlimited on-site support when you need it.
